Mayne Pharma Group is a specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, manufacture and in-licensing of branded and generic products for direct distribution or via partners into the United States and Australia. It also has a fee-for-service contract development and manufacturing division in the U.S., which provides analytical and formulation services to Big Pharma. The company has four operating divisions: U.S. generics, Metrics Contract Services, U.S. specialty brands, and MPI Australia.
