|COMPANY PROFILE||Kimco Realty Corp is real estate investment trust that owns and operates neighborhood and community open-air shopping centers in North America.
One of the oldest real estate investment trusts in the United States, Kimco Realty owns interests in over 500 shopping centers throughout major markets in the United States, representing roughly 84 million square feet.

This does not help an investor who needs to make a definite decision whether to buy, hold or sell the stock.
