|COMPANY PROFILE||GGP Inc is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust. It is engaged in owning, managing, leasing, and redeveloping high-quality retail properties throughout the United States.
GGP is one of the largest owners of regional malls and other retail properties. The real estate investment trust owns or has an interest in roughly 125 properties throughout the United States.

One indicator may suggest that a stock is overvalued while another suggest that it is undervalued. This does not help an investor who needs to make a definite decision whether to buy, hold or sell the stock.
